RELATING TRAUMA AND ATTACHMENT ONLINE COURSE AND RETREAT:

A deep dive into understanding and clearing deep trauma from your system, in a safe container. Learn about trauma and attachment theory, and communication skills and tools to support you in your daily life through the 8 week online course. Then if you want to dive deeper; experience group healing sessions and somatic release during the closing retreat to support your personal journey. Held on a weekly time online.
