DESCRIPTION:Transition To Natural Health Retreat – May/June 2026 – You Choose \nNB: This retreat is designed to be 1 – 2 – 1 and is tailored to your specific challenges and needs\, to help you transition. 4 days for YOU! \nTransitioning away from certain behaviours (even when we want to or know they aren’t good for us) and towards lifestyle goals we have in mind and dream of can be hard. Especially when we don’t have the tools or knowledge about what to do differently. Or what is or isn’t good for us and why. \nThis retreat is built on 15 years of my own experience and training in varying methods of Natural Health. It is designed in a way to create a foundation for your future\, by teaching you the tools to use in daily life and creating a safe container for your transition\, held with support and understanding. \nThe programme will be tailored to your personal needs and suitability\, to give you the best chance of creating a new path forward. \nWe understand that not just inner work and block clearing is important but also togetherness and the meeting of like minded people is essential to feel that a new way of life is not just possible but nourishing\, so some activities integrate you into the local community and introduce you to other inspiring people walking this path of life. \nAt the end of the Retreat you will receive a Held In Presence Wellness Pack with all information on the tools you receive during the Retreat so you can be fully present with your experience during your time here. \n  \nActivities/Tools include: \nPersonal Trauma Informed Coaching Session \nMeditation and Pranayama \nBreathwork and Cold Immersion \nHealing by Eating Workshop \nForaging and Food Growing \nHerbal Medicine \nEarthing \nRestorative Yin Yoga/Yoga Nidra \nCommunity Events \nRecipes and Practical Healthy Eating Classes \nSharings and Intentions \n  \nNeuroDynamic Breathwork 1-2-1s are available on request at additional cost for Trauma Work (if suitable for your needs) \n  \nThe Retreat is alcohol\, drugs\, and sugar free. We will learn to get high on our own supply! \nAll meals will be provided and are primarily organic\, vegan\, gluten free and sugar free\, co created by us\, so you learn by doing\, and you will receive the recipes to take home with you. You will learn how to make healthy food take sexy! Breakfasts will be a help yourself fruits and snacks. \nIf you wish to indulge in some self care – you are also welcome to request a chef to prepare the meals at an extra cost. \nAccommodation in The Sanctuary Wellness Centre is included in the price. Thursday to Sunday. \n  \nPlease note: There will be an introductory call for all participants\, followed by some screening forms to fill out prior to the retreat\, to ensure the work we are doing will be beneficial for you\, and to understand fully your individual challenges and needs in the space. \n  \nTentative Programme: \n  \nDay 1 – Thursday \nCoaching and Self Care Immersion \n● Personal Coaching Session – Aims\, Challenges\, Intentions \n● Healing By Eating Workshop \nLunch \n● Foraging Workshop \nDinner \n● Meditation Lesson \n  \nDay 2 – Friday \nGardening\, Earthing and Trauma Time \n● Community Event – Food Growing and Gardening Experience at Thrive Community Garden \nLunch \n● Earthing Workshop and Walk \n● Time Off – At Ramla Beach \nDinner \n● Film\, Food and Feelings – Screening of a Gabor Mate film on trauma (chosen based on your needs)\, sharing and snacks \n  \nDay 3 – Saturday  \nYoga\, You Time and Herbs for Healing \nWe will be covering: \n● Yin Yoga/Yoga Nidra Session \n● Time Off – Optional Temple Visit to Ggantija Temples \nLunch in your own time \n● Herbal Medicine Workshop \nDinner \n● Fire ceremony – to let go of anything you want to release \n  \nDay 4 – Sunday  \nCold Immersion and Closing \n● Community Event – Cold Immersion For Health \n● Benefits of Cold Immersion Lesson and Guided Breathwork \n● Cold Immersion \nLunch \n● Q and A on any of the above topics covered \n● Intention setting for your onward journey \n● Closing Sharing Circle \n  \nLimited spaces available. \nPlease note I am not a licensed clinical psychotherapist\, I am a trained trauma informed therapist (my qualifications and certifications are on the home page)\, this is a psycho educational learning and experiencing space\, and although I have studied these subjects and tools with trained experts and used them for 15 years\, I am still far from perfect\, so there is no expectation for you to be either. We are all walking each other home. This is a safe\, confidential space without judgement.
