Overview:
A meditation course sharing the practice of Angka (Number) Meditation.
It is a simple yet profound practice using numbers, so suitable for all faith, gender, race, ages, and involves three stages. Pranayama (breathing exercises), chakra balancing, and then meditation. You will learn all 3 stages during the course of the sessions.
In the course you will also be taught how to set the space for your meditation, how to make time for it in your daily life, and how to keep up a good routine, as I know how hard these things can be.
I learned this meditation 14 years ago in Bali and was blessed to continue to study under my teachers and have been practicing daily since, it has a significant impact on how regulated and calm I am in my daily life and offers me incredible insights and wisdom when I need, not to mention being a powerful tool for prayer when others need.
