NB: This retreat is designed to be 1 – 2 – 1 and is tailored to your specific challenges and needs, to help you transition. 4 days for YOU!
Transitioning away from certain behaviours (even when we want to or know they aren’t good for us) and towards lifestyle goals we have in mind and dream of can be hard. Especially when we don’t have the tools or knowledge about what to do differently. Or what is or isn’t good for us and why.
This retreat is built on 15 years of my own experience and training in varying methods of Natural Health. It is designed in a way to create a foundation for your future, by teaching you the tools to use in daily life and creating a safe container for your transition, held with support and understanding.
The programme will be tailored to your personal needs and suitability, to give you the best chance of creating a new path forward.
We understand that not just inner work and block clearing is important but also togetherness and the meeting of like minded people is essential to feel that a new way of life is not just possible but nourishing, so some activities integrate you into the local community and introduce you to other inspiring people walking this path of life.
At the end of the Retreat you will receive a Held In Presence Wellness Pack with all information on the tools you receive during the Retreat so you can be fully present with your experience during your time here.

The Retreat is alcohol, drugs, and sugar free. We will learn to get high on our own supply!
All meals will be provided and are primarily organic, vegan, gluten free and sugar free, co created by us, so you learn by doing, and you will receive the recipes to take home with you. You will learn how to make healthy food take sexy! Breakfasts will be a help yourself fruits and snacks.
If you wish to indulge in some self care – you are also welcome to request a chef to prepare the meals at an extra cost.
Accommodation in The Sanctuary Wellness Centre is included in the price. Thursday to Sunday.
Please note: There will be an introductory call for all participants, followed by some screening forms to fill out prior to the retreat, to ensure the work we are doing will be beneficial for you, and to understand fully your individual challenges and needs in the space.

Gardening, Earthing and Trauma Time

● Film, Food and Feelings – Screening of a Gabor Mate film on trauma (chosen based on your needs), sharing and snacks
Day 3 – Saturday
Yoga, You Time and Herbs for Healing
We will be covering:

● Time Off – Optional Temple Visit to Ggantija Temples
Lunch in your own time
● Herbal Medicine Workshop

● Fire ceremony – to let go of anything you want to release

Please note I am not a licensed clinical psychotherapist, I am a trained trauma informed therapist (my qualifications and certifications are on the home page), this is a psycho educational learning and experiencing space, and although I have studied these subjects and tools with trained experts and used them for 15 years, I am still far from perfect, so there is no expectation for you to be either. We are all walking each other home. This is a safe, confidential space without judgement.
